Fascinating Fandom story

merylemon found this ( http://www.journalfen.net/users/charlottelennox/784.html ) fascinating journalistic story about a specific fan in Harry Potter fandom. I've no idea if this person is still active in it, but from what someone says in a comment after section 8 of the story, she still is.

I highly recc this. It's thorough, it's interesting, it's an eye-opener about sociopathic fannish behavior, and how people react and are played very adroitly by someone like this person.

Oh, yes: I believe Karendreamer, me, and several of the OS mods (former and present) and a few random OSer/writers are also on that infamous list. Tis quite funny, now.

The real irony? I don't read/write the subgenre of fic the comm is for, so... yeah, whatever. I'm all chastised. ;)
