It's flu season...can we go hunting?

Yes, it is the evil flu bug that has knocked down Mermaid. As I said in an earlier post, she started feeling bad over the weekend (actually had to pick her up from a social event, which is almost unheard of!) and ended up taking Monday and Tuesday off. I finally took her to the doctor yesterday afternoon, and sure enough, it's the flu, or I should say, ONE of the flu bugs going around. She had a mild fever. She gets another day off from school. I'm feeling run down this morning, but I felt rundown and tired (& slept alot) over the weekend, too.  *yawns*
