I hate cleaning dishes/pots/pans/bowls too large for the dishwasher.

I make them all fit! *g* I have only maybe 2 cookie sheets that don't fit--as in, the dishwasher won't close if they are in it. I have one big pot that takes up almost the whole bottom of the dishwasher, but I still put it in. I run the dishwasher as many times as necessary until all the dishes are clean. I figure it doesn't hurt anything to rinse and let them sit until the next load (or two or three). *g*

That's my philosophy anyway. *g* It's rare that I don't have dirty dishes on the counter or in the sink. I suppose some people would find that gross, but I'm not going to stand there and wash dishes by hand unless the dishwasher is broken, and maybe not even then. *g*
