I love pasta. Love it. Especially when it's el dente (or whatever that's called). But, anyhoo, while wandering around the AllRecipes.com site today, I found this article on how to make a good pasta salad. It gives some good advice, most of which, sorry to say, would have never occured to me. It's called Five Steps to the Perfect Pasta Salad.

And no, I haven't weighed myself recently at the YMCA. See how hard I said it would be for me to get there with any regularity? I could have gotten off my butt this afternoon and gone, but, I can be lazy as hell sometimes.
