twitter feeds...bwa?

I'm seeing these more often on my flist. And I scratch my head at them. What's the point of all these tiny little updates that don't say anything? And they're all time-stamped, too.

Trying to parse them out. I guess it keeps the flist from getting flooded with miniposts?

I dunno, I tried Twitter but it really doesnt work for me. When I want to write something I just like to ramble a lot. No way I could stop at just a sentence! :D
