Yep. Someone found two feet, cut off above the ankles, on a street in Chicago. Check out the short article. I wonder if they'll find the rest of the man the feet came from?
They found a shoe but no other articles of clothing nearby. My immediate thought was: 'he was wearing shoes without socks...gross.' I am apparently way too jaded. ;)

The article doesn't mention the god-awful gory mess I'd expect with the removal of the lower extremities. Does this mean the hacking up of the body took place elsewhere, and someone is littering?
Well, the feet were found along what seems to be a relatively busy Chicago road, so...it would seem they weren't separated from their owner there.
Really, though, it's just so horrible that I have to laugh. I wouldn't want to be that guy. The news report didn't say how messy it was (or not) probably because they want to keep the details away from general knowledge in order to catch the probable killer.
