Buffy season 8 in comics

So - is anyone else going to follow the eigth season in Dark Horse Comics?  Apparently Joss Whedon is going to write the first five "episodes" and then exec produce it.

I'm going to wait to see what others have to say about the comic. I was less than impressed with the crap that came out for SG1, so I'm rather cautious.
