If for an hour you could ask your parents any questions you wanted and knew they'd tell you the absolute unvarnished truth, what would you ask? Pretend they'd answer every question and then forget they'd even talked to you. (#268)

That's a question, isn't it? Hmm. I'll have to think about this one.

What were your reactions when you were 19 and 20, and you were suddenly expecting a child?
What do you *really* think about your sisters and brothers and your parents?
Are you disappointed with me? Do you sometimes wish I was more like my brother or sister?
Where do you get your motivation?

And I'm sure there are others...but there are questions I don't think I'd want answered, frankly. I'd want the option to forget the answers, too, if I didn't like what I heard.

Ah, resolutions.

I resolved earlier this year to get to 150 pounds by my birthday on March 29. Currently, I'm at 164.2 (as of this morning). I haven't made any progress in that arena for a couple of months. However, that leaves me EXACTLY 10 weeks. Can I lose ~14 pounds in ten weeks? I think it's possible; that's 1.42 pounds per week, I think. That's VERY doable! Must focus. Must eat smaller portions. Must eat *healthier*! And start exercising. Where's that damned jump rope? Oh, and not just lose weight. I want to get toned up so I don't look like a flabby bag of loose skin when I'm done.

Second resolution: Print out the photos I want monthly, instead of waiting until the end of the year.

Third resolution related to the second: Don't procrastinate and scrapbook those pictures the following month! (ie, March's photos will be scrapped in April)

And the Fourth resolution (I didn't realize I had this many): stop buying supplies. Sure, it's awesome that Joanne's and Michael's and so many online retailers are having such awesome discounts, but that doesn't mean I need to have all that paper. I need to work through my stash first. But paper! My huge weakness! I still have paper I bought when I was in *college* for heaven's sake! COLLEGE! (not scrapbook paper, I'd like to note, but from a bookmaking class I took at the Museum School).

I don't think there's a fifth resolution. I dunno. Clean my house more?
