Tearing out hair

I was searching through my photoboxes full of Kodak envelopes to find baby pictures of my son from the day he was born, and I can't find them! They are not where they're supposed to be!  I remember looking at them at one point, must have been a couple of years ago - and I must not have put them back. This is very frustrating, because those were the only newborn photos of him that we had -- plus there were pictures of our house from when the former owners were still in it, and I took shots of it so I could remember what the place looked like while we waited the three months before we could take full ownership of the place.  :-(

Hmmph.
