OMG I am so out of shape!

Since the first beaded jump rope I had was too long for me, I bought another one, a plastic one, from Target the other day. It fits me much better. And today I was only able to jump 26 times in a row, doing the basic jump-hop-jump.   I remember being able to jump for hours when I was little. Or at least I bicycled for hours, and would jump rope if I felt like it.

Holy crap. I am out of breath.

Jumping rope is hard work! I tried it once upon a time as a cardio option, but I ended up whapping myself in the legs, arms and sometimes face too many times for it to be worth it. ;)
