Castle vs. The Mentalist

gategrrlWell, I think I officially like Castle over The Mentalist. The Mentalist is quirky, but Castle doesn't rely on a hidden trauma to motivate the main character. Plus, Nathan Fillion is just hysterical in this role, and his timing couldn't be better. Plus, I KNOW that the UST that is there between Castle and the woman police detective is *supposed* to be there. It's mild, but the show is structured that way, so if it goes down that road, it won't bother me so much as it would with The Mentalist.
