sick day duo

Both kids are still sick. Tall Boy doesn't have a fever today (he had a VERY mild one when he woke up yesterday morning-it was 99F). But he felt rotten this morning, so he got a pass.

So does Mermaid, so she's getting the day off from school work, too. She needs to take Sudafed to help clear the pressure out from her ear, poor kid, so that makes her very drowsy. I walked by her room just now and saw her head almost hit her desk where she was watching The Big Bang Theory: The Complete Third Season, so I told her to get in bed!

In the meantime, I've downloaded all my February photos onto Shutterfly (they're having an amazing 1/3 $ sale on their print prices right now, as well as a $10 discount because they've been online for 10 years-who knew?!) and ordered 124 prints. That's not a lot for me, but aside from Tall Boy's birthday, and a visit to the LA Zoo, we didn't do a whole lot that month.
