Goldy the mopey dog (or is that *dopey* dog?)

Poor Goldy. He's been in a slumpy mood ever since Monday came around, and his big Alpha Male Two-Legged Dog flew back to Massachusetts on family business. Two-Legged Alpha Male isn't totally convinced Goldy actually misses him, considering how much he walks through Goldy (the dog's middle name is Underfoot) and tells him to SHOO! when he stares at Alpha when he eats, or follows him into the Magic Room with the Big Cold Box (ie, the kitchen). But Goldy misses the kids and I whenever we go away for more than a few hours. Goldy likes to have his pack nicely arrayed around him. Yeah, he's missing Two-Legged Alpha Dog big time.
