I finally took the stupid thing through a mechanical carwash down the street (it's newish), since I hate taking my car to one of those hand-wash-by-immigrants places (it just makes me uncomfortable to have people I don't know touching my car, okay?). But...as Scotty said, long ago..."IT'S GREEEEN!" (and not dirty brown!)

Claudia Black Deserves SG-1 Spinoff
I'm disappointed and angry, very angry with Monday's news about Stargate SG-1's cancellation. [SCI FI is] just great in screwing great shows up. Four years ago Farscape, now Stargate SG-1.

And what is making me angry even more is the fact that [SCI FI] axed Stargate SG-1 at it's highest point, just when the show got the new life breethed into it by the new regular cast member—Claudia Black's Vala Mal Doran. Fix it, folks, and fix it quickly. Give Claudia Black her own show. You screwed her twice, that's enough. Vala Mal Doran's character deserves proper development and you seem not to care about it at all. Make the new Stargate spin-off with Vala as main character and I'll be satisfied.

Yes, because we all know, Stargate should *really* be known as Stargate: Vala Maldoran, her Hussy Archeologist (and those other mooks)". Those lucky guys at SciFi (and maybe some of the women execs, too!) They got to screw Claudia Black TWICE! I wonder what Black has to say about that?

If anyone deserves a spin-off from Stargate, it's Daniel/MS - preferably without his moll Vala, that stick in his side, that fungus between his toes, that headache short of a migraine.
