Yummy recipe

I cooked this up last night, and it got rave reviews. The only thing I changed was the scallions: the store didnt' have any the day I went in, so I didn't use them. Otherwise...oh yes, I used Feta Cheese that was flavored with lemon, garlic, and something else. Oh, and I also didn't grill the veggies. I used my wok and some oil, and did them up that way.

This magazine consistently has really good, simple recipes. I highly recc it!
