Phew!

My internet connection has been spotty for the past week or so (it was out most of the day today and for hours yesterday and the day before and before that) -- but at least I FINALLY made the time to um, do something I hadn't let myself do with the internet on: I made a list on Excel of every single movie and series box of DVDs that we have. Some entries have the lead actor listed, they're all listed by appropriate, and some have the director listed, too. Oh, and the different category sections are color-coded.

And I did all that while my kids were home sick with bad colds and coughing today.

Btw, Little Guy's 5th Birthday Party went well. He's concentrating a little more on the presents than he should, but I guess when they're five, that's a huge component of the birthday. That and cake. He had a Deathstar cake that was FABULOUS that I made, and the Guy decorated (with a little bit of help from the kids). I'll put a picture of it up as soon as I down load my camera photos.

What else... that's it for now. Someone is going to come by tomorrow morning to see if they can finally figure out what the hell is going on with our connection.

Ah, I wondered where you were. Who's your ISP? I'm stuck with Verizon, who sucks. I have to reboot the connection several times a week, but then this is a company that once got my ex-roomate's social security number attached to my new number after I moved to another freakin' state.
